Goblet ​Viscometer

For Automated Fluid Property Measurement and Reporting

  • Automated monitoring and precise reporting of drilling mud viscosity, density, Marsh funnel viscosity and derived readings in various units.
  • Density Range: Unlimited, reported in lb/gal (ppg), lb/ft3, S.G. or g/ml or g/cm3, kg/m3.
 Viscosity Range: Unlimited, reported for 3 – 600 RPM (5.11 – 1021 s^-1) in Dynamic (cP or mPa.s), Kinematic (cSt or mm2/s), Saybolt Universal Seconds, Marsh funnel viscosity, Plastic Viscosity, Yield Point, Apparent Viscosity and Gel Strength (10 seconds, 10 minutes, and 30 minutes).
  • Explosion-proof. No moving parts. Measures fluids at up to 200 °C (392 °F).
  • Weight : Portable.
  • Mud surveillance is achieved, and personnel are notified to react early to potential problematic scenarios.
  • Rig crews can focus on other duties and are spared from noise exposure and hazardous fumes.
